Your Bible and paper for notes
Hymn Books (Green & PTL) - Hymns will be projected if you don't have books available
Linens and towels - Unless you've made prior arrangements at registration, bring twin-sized sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and blanket (rooms can get cold)
Bathroom essentials - Hand towels, hand soap, bath towels and a bath mat
Water bottle to stay hydrated
Food items to share during Evening Fellowship time (examples: packaged cookies, crackers, fruit, etc.)
Musical instruments - For playing along with hymns, or Thursday's Praise & Performance
Umbrella or rain jacket - The weather is usually sunny, but in case a rain shower shows up!
Sports equipment - Soccer gear, volleyballs, frisbees, pickleball equipment, basketballs, or any other equipment you'd like to use during afternoon activities
Board/card games - Cribbage boards especially welcome as we hold a tournament!
Everyone is to wear appropriate and modest clothing, whether for classes, meals, assemblies, or recreational activities.
Parents and sponsors please check your child’s clothing beforehand to ensure that these expectations are met.
As the weather may be hot, pack light clothing (including shorts) for GLCBS classes and evening programs
Please bring some clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty! Events like Tie Dye
Registration will be on Saturday, in Jo Switzer Center Cafeteria from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. (Please note: EASTERN time Zone!). This is where you will be welcomed, pick up your name tags and school information, and receive your dorm room assignment(s).
GLCBS operates with your donations. They are tax deductible within the parameters of U.S. Income tax laws.

The first meal (dinner) will begin at 5:00 pm in the Jo Switzer Center Cafeteria (lower level).
There is a CVS and a small grocery store in North Manchester. The nearest Walmart is 20 minutes away. If you need supplies you may want to acquire them prior to arrival.
A shuttle is available from and to the Fort Wayne International Airport through the University.
Due to liability issues, the GLCBS Committee must respectfully say that the following equipment is not allowed on campus: skateboards, RipStiks, inline skates, and Razor scooters. Please direct any questions to your Committee.
